We're glad to inform you that under certain circumstances guided tours are possible again.
Currently we are offering guided historical city walks. The Count Palatinate Hall can be booked additionally (subject to availability). The underground passages are not possible.
There is a maximum of participants of 15 people.
For your health and protection the current hygiene and distance rules apply. Keep a distance of at least 1.5 metres to people who do not belong to your household.
We recommend wearing face masks during the tour. In enclosed spaces the use of face masks is compulsory (e.g. churches, Count Palatinate Hall).
In order to reconstruct possible infection chains, we are obliged to ask the orderer for a valid contact address and if required he has to forward a complete contact list of all participants.
Covid-19 sufferers, contact persons or people with a cold are unfortunately not allowed to participate.
